Royale Estate Project Tour: Part 1

Photography: Penlight Media

Welcome to our Royale Estate Project, where coastal elegance meets effortless comfort. In Part One of our home tour, we’re taking you inside the entryway, living room, kitchen, dining room, and corner office, showcasing how airy textures, soft neutrals, and refined detailing come together to create a timeless yet welcoming waterfront retreat. From statement lighting and custom millwork to bespoke furnishings and layered finishes, every element was thoughtfully selected to enhance the home’s seamless connection to its stunning surroundings.

You can shop select products from each space using the links below. We can’t wait to share even more in Part Two, where we’ll highlight additional stunning spaces including the serene primary suite and beautifully appointed guest rooms.

The Entryway

This entryway vignette creates a memorable first impression while setting the tone for the home’s refined coastal interior design. A softly arched niche introduces architectural interest and depth, wrapped in textured wallcovering that adds warmth and subtle movement. An integrated gold-leaf accent brings a luminous, artisanal quality to the space, catching the light throughout the day and elevating the overall composition.

Anchoring the niche is a navy console with geometric wood detailing and brass hardware, offering both functional storage and visual contrast. A vintage-inspired brass mirror reflects natural light and enhances the layered look, while sculptural lighting and organic greenery soften the vignette and add dimension.

The Living Room

The living room was designed as a refined yet welcoming gathering space that embraces natural light, architectural detail, and elevated coastal comfort. Wood ceiling beams draw the eye upward, adding warmth and visual dimension, while expansive black-framed windows frame sweeping waterfront views and flood the space with sunlight. Soft neutral upholstery establishes a calming foundation, allowing layered textures and curated accents to create depth and visual interest.

A sculptural statement chandelier introduces a warm metallic glow, complemented by tailored brass wall sconces and layered lighting throughout the space. Thoughtfully selected furnishings including tailored sofas, woven accent chairs, and a visually striking console table balance comfort with sophistication, making the room equally suited for everyday living and entertaining. Organic materials, subtle blue accents, and artisanal accessories reinforce the home’s modern coastal aesthetic while maintaining a timeless, collected feel.

The Kitchen

This custom kitchen embodies refined coastal design, blending timeless materials with elevated detailing for a space that feels both inviting and luxurious. Anchored by a 16-foot oversized marble island, the layout was designed for gathering, entertaining, and everyday functionality. Custom white cabinetry keeps the kitchen light and bright, while a richly stained statement range hood introduces contrast, warmth, and architectural depth. Brass fixtures and tailored pendant lighting add a soft glow, enhancing the layered textures throughout the space.

Repeating natural elements create a cohesive flow between the open-concept kitchen and dining areas. Cane barstools echo woven textures found elsewhere in the home, reinforcing visual continuity. The marble backsplash, warm wood flooring, and sculptural lighting strike a balance between coastal elegance and transitional sophistication.

The Dining Room

The dining room serves as the heart of the home’s entertaining experience, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, living areas, and waterfront views beyond. Exposed wood ceiling beams introduce warmth and architectural character, while expansive black-framed doors and soft drapery allow natural light to fill the space. The open-concept layout creates effortless flow for hosting, making this luxury coastal dining room ideal for both intimate dinners and large gatherings.

A substantial custom wood dining table anchors the room, surrounded by woven cane dining chairs and upholstered host seating for comfort and texture. Repeating materials from the adjacent kitchen including warm wood tones, brass accents, and tailored lighting establish a cohesive visual rhythm throughout the main living spaces. Twin statement chandeliers provide layered ambient lighting while reinforcing symmetry and scale beneath the vaulted ceiling.

Just beyond the dining area, a custom navy wet bar with brass shelving and a stone backsplash adds both function and visual depth, elevating the home’s entertaining capabilities while introducing rich contrast to the light coastal palette.

Tucked just beyond the kitchen, this corner office was designed as a serene retreat that balances productivity with the calming presence of waterfront views. Expansive black-framed windows frame sweeping vistas of Tampa Bay, filling the space with natural light and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. A vaulted ceiling and tailored architectural detailing enhance the sense of openness while maintaining a warm, inviting scale.

A custom wood desk anchors the workspace, paired with a sculptural task chair and layered accent seating for reading, reflection, or casual work. Soft neutral upholstery, natural wood tones, and refined brass lighting introduce warmth and texture while reinforcing the home’s modern coastal interior design. Thoughtfully styled accessories and greenery add organic movement without distracting from the clean lines and functionality of the space.
