Royale Estate Project Tour: Part 2
Welcome back to our Royale Estate Project. In Part Two of our home tour, we are inviting you inside the private living spaces of this waterfront retreat, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, where thoughtful detailing, layered textures, and a serene palette come together to create rooms that feel both elevated and deeply livable.
Each bedroom was designed as its own sanctuary, balancing comfort with quiet sophistication. Tailored furnishings, layered bedding, and subtle texture play create spaces that feel calm yet richly composed. Every finish was selected with intention, from custom millwork and architectural lighting to the tactile materials that bring warmth and depth.
The bathrooms continue that same sense of refinement. Sculptural plumbing fixtures, statement lighting, and carefully curated stone selections transform everyday routines into something restorative. These spaces were designed to feel serene, cohesive, and timeless, carrying the layered language of the home into its most personal rooms.

Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom at the Royale Estate Project was designed as a serene waterfront retreat, where soft coastal hues, layered textures, and refined detailing create an atmosphere of effortless calm. Positioned to take full advantage of expansive water views, this space feels both tranquil and luxurious, offering a true escape within the home.
A soothing palette of soft blues, warm neutrals, and crisp whites sets the foundation for the room, echoing the natural surroundings just beyond the windows. Custom paneled walls wrapped in textured grasscloth wall covering add depth and architectural interest while maintaining a light and airy feel. Exposed wood ceiling beams introduce warmth and subtle contrast, grounding the space and enhancing its timeless coastal character.
The tailored upholstered bed anchors the room, layered with bespoke bedding and accent pillows that balance comfort with sophistication. Statement lighting, including sculptural bedside lamps and an elegant chandelier, adds a refined glow while reinforcing the room’s sense of symmetry and calm. Thoughtfully selected furnishings and custom millwork ensure every element feels intentional and cohesive.

Primary Bathroom
Designed as a true retreat, the primary bathroom captures sweeping waterfront views while balancing warmth, texture, and architectural detail.
The space is wrapped in vertical reeded wall paneling, adding quiet movement and subtle dimension without overwhelming the serene palette. This detailing continues throughout the room, creating a cohesive backdrop that feels tailored and intentional.
Custom white oak cabinetry introduces warmth against the lighter envelope. The cabinetry was designed with furniture style detailing, including inset panels, substantial legs, and textured hardware that adds just the right amount of contrast. A crisp stone countertop keeps the look fresh and refined while allowing the wood tone to shine.
The arched shower opening serves as a focal point, reinforcing the home’s architectural language. Inside, large format marble inspired tile surrounds the space, while inset niches feature a soft patterned tile that adds depth and a hint of visual interest. Polished nickel plumbing fixtures bring a timeless elegance and subtly reflect the natural light pouring in from the windows.
One of the most striking moments in the room is the freestanding soaking tub positioned directly in front of the expansive black framed window. The contrast of the dark mullions against the bright coastal backdrop feels both modern and classic. It creates a sense of drama while still maintaining the calm, airy feeling that defines the home.
Underfoot, a geometric marble floor tile adds delicate pattern and movement, grounding the space without distracting from the overall serenity.

The Office
This office was designed to feel immersive from the moment you step inside. Rather than treating the walls and trim as separate elements, we chose to fully color drench the space, painting the walls, trim, and baseboards all in the same soft, moody hue. The result is seamless, architectural, and quietly dramatic.
By eliminating contrast between surfaces, the room feels enveloping and intentional. The monochromatic backdrop allows texture and materiality to take center stage, creating depth through layering rather than bold color shifts.
Above, a richly stained wood paneled ceiling introduces warmth and dimension, grounding the cooler wall color and adding a sense of permanence. Paired with the sculptural black and brass chandelier, the ceiling detail brings a tailored sophistication that feels both classic and modern.
The seating area was layered for comfort and character. A tufted cognac leather sofa adds movement and richness, while graphic neutral pillows provide subtle pattern without overpowering. The warmth of the leather against the color drenched walls creates contrast through texture rather than tone.
Brass accents throughout, from the task lamp to the curated desk styling, introduce a soft glow that keeps the space feeling balanced and refined. A workspace that feels as considered as the rest of the home.

Guest Bedroom 1
Guest Bedroom 1 was designed as a serene retreat that subtly nods to the water just beyond the windows. A soft, neutral envelope allows texture to take center stage, creating a space that feels both elevated and inviting.
The woven cane bed introduces warmth and a hint of Old Florida charm, while tailored bedding in layered blues and creams mirrors the horizon outside. A gently textured coverlet and patterned pillows bring dimension without overpowering the room’s calm palette.
Architectural wall molding adds quiet sophistication, giving the space a custom feel without competing with the view. Deep navy drapery frames the sliding glass doors, creating contrast and grounding the lighter finishes throughout.
Brass accents and a sculptural geometric chandelier introduce a refined edge, balancing the relaxed coastal materials with just the right amount of polish. The result is a guest suite that feels thoughtful and welcoming — timeless, layered, and effortlessly connected to its waterfront setting.

Guest Bedroom 2
This guest bedroom was designed to feel like a breath of fresh air. Wrapped in the softest coastal blue, the room immediately sets a calming tone that mirrors the sky and water just beyond the windows.
The custom lattice accent wall introduces subtle architectural interest, adding dimension without overwhelming the space. Its tailored geometry feels crisp and refined, while the upholstered bed in a warm linen neutral keeps the palette grounded and inviting.
Layered bedding in creams, sand tones, and muted blues creates a collected look that feels effortless rather than overly styled. A patterned lumbar pillow brings in a hint of movement and color, quietly echoing the coastal landscape outside.
Warm wood nightstands add contrast and depth, balancing the cool wall color with natural texture. Overhead, a sculptural glass chandelier adds a touch of glamour, catching the light and elevating the room with just the right amount of sparkle.
A cozy chaise tucked by the window creates a moment for slow mornings and afternoon reading, making the space feel less like a guest room and more like a private retreat.

The marble-style pulls introduce a subtle decorative detail that elevates the cabinetry without overpowering it.

Floor-to-ceiling drapery in a soft botanical pattern frames the black steel doors, creating a striking contrast against the bay view beyond. The darker window trim grounds the room and adds a refined edge, balancing the otherwise airy palette.
A sculptural chandelier overhead adds movement and artistry, while a plush bench at the foot of the bed introduces texture and a moment of quiet luxury.

The adjoining bathroom continues the theme of quiet sophistication with a clean, layered approach to material and detail.
Vertical shiplap wraps the walls in crisp white, creating a timeless envelope that feels fresh and bright. The double vanity, finished in a soft warm taupe, adds depth while maintaining the room’s light, serene tone. Classic hardware and polished fixtures introduce a refined elegance without feeling overly formal.
Brass-framed mirrors soften the symmetry of the space, bringing warmth against the white backdrop. A white quartz countertop keeps the surfaces clean and uninterrupted, allowing the craftsmanship of the cabinetry to take center stage.
Across the room, a freestanding soaking tub sits beneath plantation shutters, creating a spa-like focal point. Natural wood flooring underfoot and a mosaic runner tile add texture and subtle movement, preventing the all-white palette from feeling flat.
