Our Fall Home Favorites
Even though the Florida heat is still hanging on, we’re officially in cozy mode as September rolls in. At EMD, this is the time of year we start easing out of summer and leaning into the little touches that make home feel inviting—think woven textures, soft layers, and of course a few pumpkins sprinkled in for good measure. We’ve pulled together some of our favorite September décor finds that bring those first hints of fall indoors, no matter what the weather feels like outside, along with ideas for how we’d style them in our own spaces.
1. Faux Fall Stems
A go-to for us at EMD is to incorporate faux fall stems, especially in a large vase, to add height and autumn colors to any space. It’s an easy way to bring the essence of fall indoors, creating a cozy, seasonal vibe.
Artificial Nandina Leaf Branch + Distressed Rustic Concrete Vase combination will work well in a variety of spaces.
2. Plaid Throw Pillow Set
(Pumpkin) Spice up your living room for fall with this cute pillow set. A great example of using colors and patterns like this orange and plaid to add just a perfect little touch of autumn.
3. Amber Glass Candle Holders
Taper candles can be styled in so many places, from mantles to bookshelves or entryway tables. This amber glass set is the perfect shade.
4. Pheasant Floral Bird Napkins
Adding a little touch of fall to your dining table can help tie in the rest of the home. These floral bird napkins are a fun, colorful twist for your fall tablescape.
5. Signature Oval Dutch Oven
Few things feel cozier than pulling a warm loaf of sourdough from the oven, this Le Creuset Signature Oval Dutch Oven is both functional and looks beautiful on your stove.
6. Woven Pumpkins
These woven pumpkins are the perfect way to bring in a cozy autumn feel. Their natural fibers add warmth and charm, and they can be styled anywhere from a coffee table to an entryway for a timeless seasonal touch.
As the temps start to drop (fingers crossed!), we hope these fall decor picks inspire you to cozy up your home this month. Now that we’ve collected this list for you, you can go ahead, sip that pumpkin spice latte, and let the decorating begin.
